On July 24, 2025, Kim Long Factory (a member of the Masi ecosystem) participated in the MarinTrust Standard and IUU Practices Training. The program was organized by the Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu Fishmeal & Fish Oil Association in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture & Environment, the Vũng Tàu Trawl Fishery FIP, and SGS Vietnam.
On May 20 and 21, 2025, twelve officers and employees from Kim Long Fishmeal Factory (a member of the Masi ecosystem) participated in a professional training program on fire prevention and rescue, organized by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Binh Thuan Province, held at the headquarters of the People’s Committee of Phu Thuy Ward, Phan Thiet City.
On May 15, 2025, Masi continued its annual charity journey to Future Shelter, located in Da Mai 2 Hamlet, Tan Xuan Commune, Ham Tan District, Binh Thuan Province. This familiar destination has long been a place of heartfelt connection, standing as a clear testament to the organization’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and community care.
International Women's Day is an occasion to honor the incredible women who have dedicated themselves tirelessly to society and their professions. With utmost respect and enthusiasm, Masi organized a memorable event on March 8, 2025, exclusively for our esteemed female members. This special day also served to strengthen the unity among all team members.
February 3, 2025 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year) was the first working day after the Tet holidays of the Masi family. In the bustling atmosphere of the new spring, the New Year’s party was held with enthusiasm and warmth, sending best wishes and arousing positive energy for a promising year.
The Year of the Snake is approaching with the breath of spring. The atmosphere filled with excitement in every corner of Masi’s office. Yellow chrysanthemums, red envelopes, green sticky rice cakes... are meticulously decorated, creating a cheering feeling for the coming new year.

To look back on a year with many successes, Masi held a classy Gala Dinner 2025 on December 6, 2024, at Lotte Hotel Saigon. With the presence of Customers, Partners and staff, the party was a worthy bridge that created stronger connections.
As part of strategic development plan for the year and a commitment to enhancing the expertise of all staff, Masi organized a training course on "Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its Applications" on November 20th, 2024, at the company office. This session provided new insights and practical skills aimed at helping employees understand and apply AI in their daily tasks.
On October 18, 2024, the atmosphere at Masi was especially warm and joyful as the entire company gathered to celebrate Vietnam Women’s Day.
The Ceremony 2024 event took place with more than 500 Partners and Customers in attendance on 8 December. It was a perfect combination of art and cuisine with spectacular, eye-catching performances that have been carefully prepared.
