Production factory

The Kim Long factory is strategically located in the fish sauce processing zone of Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong Province, in close proximity to major commercial fishing ports. This location provides a significant logistical advantage for the large-scale procurement and transportation of fresh marine fish.

Spanning nearly 10,000 m², the factory is comprehensively zoned with dedicated functional areas including a weighbridge station, fresh fish receiving area, cooking and drying processing zone, bagging area, finished goods warehouse, and quality testing laboratory. The production lines are equipped with advanced imported machinery sourced from leading countries, enabling a processing capacity of over 100 tonnes of raw material per day to reliably meet the supply demands of both domestic and international customers.

The factory currently operates two production lines alongside a laboratory equipped for Kjeldahl-method, and implements GMP+, compliant quality management and control procedures to meet the requirements of multiple markets.
