FISH MEAL PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step 1: Fresh marine fish
Premium fresh marine fish are carefully selected, inspected for freshness, and graded to meet quality standards before entering the production line.
Step 2: Steam cooking
Advanced steam cooking technology is applied at optimized temperatures to coagulate proteins and thoroughly cook the raw material.
Step 3: Drying
Heat-treated material is fed into an industrial drying system to reduce moisture content to the standard safe level.
Step 4: Impurity screening
The fish meal passes through a dedicated screening system to completely remove impurities, ensuring absolute purity.
Step 5: Fine grinding
The product is processed through high-capacity grinding mills to achieve uniform particle size, meeting stringent technical specifications.
Step 6: Cooling
After grinding, the fish meal is cooled down to ambient temperature to stabilize quality and prevent moisture condensation.
Step 7: Packaging
Finished products are accurately bagged by an automated packaging system and affixed with full traceability labels.
Step 8: Finished Fish Meal
The completed Kim Long Fish Meal is stored in controlled warehouses and ready for delivery to both the domestic market and international export.

FISH OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS
Fish oil is a vital nutritional supplement that helps stimulate the appetite and improve the digestive system in pets. Thanks to fresh, high-quality raw materials and a modern extraction process, it consistently delivers superior levels of beneficial fats and Omega-3s.
Step 1: Fresh Marine Fish raw material
Sourced from naturally oil-rich marine fish, rigorously selected to ensure maximum freshness before processing.
Step 2: Raw Fish cutting
Raw material is pre-processed and cut into smaller pieces to optimize the release of natural oil from the fish.
Step 3: Fish cooking
Heat is applied to cook the raw material, breaking down lipid bonds in preparation for the oil pressing stage.
Step 4: Fish pressing
The fish liquor (a mixture of fish oil and water) is extracted and separated from the press cake.
Step 5: Water separation from oil
A modern centrifugal separation system completely removes water and sediment from the fish oil, yielding a pure, clean oil.
Step 6: Crude Fish Oil product
The finished Kim Long Fish Oil, rich in Omega-3 and essential fatty acids, is pumped into certified storage tanks and is ready for supply to the market.
With substantial investment in technology and rigorous quality control processes, MASI is proud to be a trusted partner supplying premium Fish Meal and Fish Oil products, supporting the sustainable development of the animal feed and aquaculture industries.
